Key Responsibilities:
Develop patterns for men's shirts, trousers, blazers, jackets, suits, kurtas, and other garments.
Create first patterns based on design sketches and measurements.
Perform pattern grading for different sizes.
Conduct garment fittings and make necessary pattern corrections.
Prepare markers to optimize fabric consumption.
Work closely with designers, sampling, and production teams.
Ensure patterns meet quality standards and production requirements.
Maintain pattern records and technical documentation.
Resolve fitting and production-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–4+ years of experience as a Pattern Master in men's wear.
Solid knowledge of garment construction, fitting, grading, and fabric.
Proficiency in manual pattern making
Positive understanding of production processes and quality standards.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in ethnic wear, formal wear, casual wear, or tailored men's garments.
Ability to manage multiple styles and meet production deadlines.
