Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Digital & Analytics:
Identify gaps in as-is process Recommend to-be process in alignment with cross-functional team
Evaluate & recommend digital platforms/tools wrt identified improvements
Identify & monitor KPIs
Develop user requirement specifications (URS) & collaborate with team to develop KPI dashboards.
Conduct data analytics to identify prospect areas
Project Management:
Conceptualize improvement projects backed by analysis and cost-advantage On-board cross-functional stakeholders on the projects
Develop project plans, track & monitor the projects on project management platform(s)
De-bottleneck challenges & ensure project timelines are maintained
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
Analyse sourcing & procurement disruptions, resolve issues, and drive process improvements to reduce lead time and cost. Propose initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance sourcing & procurement processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sourcing & procurement, highlighting risks and challenges. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing & procurement activities.
Qualifications Post Graduation degree in Supply Chain Management & Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in sourcing & procurement.
Solid understanding of sourcing & procurement processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficient in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
