About the Role

We are looking for a agile and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with solid leadership skills who can drive cutting-edge campaigns, manage the marketing team, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the entire marketing team.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Generate creative marketing ideas and campaign concepts.
Plan and oversee online and offline marketing activities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Coordinate with the sales, design, and content teams.
Build and maintain the company's brand identity.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Set team KPIs and ensure timely achievement of marketing goals.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.





Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
Experience in digital marketing, branding, social media, and performance marketing.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve business challenges creatively.
