Greetings, we are hiring for Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Work with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Support implementation, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions.
Prepare project documentation and training material.
Required Skills
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR,
Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, or
Advantages.
Understanding of HR business processes.
Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and client-facing experience.
Location - Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Bengaluru
