We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Manager – Sales & Revenue to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and contribute to building one of India’s leading travel and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities Drive monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining a high conversion rate.

Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and hospitality stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.

Track sales performance, prepare reports,



and achieve assigned KPIs.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey.

Requirements 3–6 years of experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry (Mandatory).

Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.

Background in luxury villas, hotels, resorts, travel companies, tourism, destination weddings, or hospitality is preferred.

Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
