Job Purpose:

Collecting payments on overdue Customers

Job Responsibilities:

Visiting delinquent customers and following up on payments on PTP dates.

Achieving money collection productivity targets.

Ensuring trails updates are recorded in VYMO / web-collections.

Making calls on the portfolio through recorded lines (DID).





Adhering to all Bank processes in Unit performance and COC.

Managing cash deposit process within TAT & Settlement letter Process.

Delivering monthly performance on allocated portfolio in terms of resolution, roll backs, recovery rates/values as per target.
