The selected candidate will undergo training on the points mentioned below.

Selection Criteria:

a) Written test aptitude test, analytical ability, numerical ability, and basic ideas on sales. It should be about one hour duration.

b) Face to Face with a panel to evaluate mostly on behavioural part, background, ambitions,

etc.

Training Process:

The selected trainees will undergo training for one year which will be structured as mentioned below:

First quarter, - Common a) Induction program: Organisational overview, organisational structure, business, and system and process.

b) Sales Functions: Overview of the different sales functions and its deliverables.

c) Introduction to products, market, briefing about completed projects, etc.

d) Sales behavioural training.

Second quarter, - Distribution, Studio.

a) Attaching with a Sales Manager as an under-study.

b) Will get involved in MIS and reporting activities,



visiting distributors and dealers.

c) Attending review meetings.

d) Undergo advanced product training.

e) Evaluation.

Third quarter, - Install, Residential, PAVA a) Attached with a Sales Manager as an under-study.

b) Will get involved in MIS and reporting activities.

c) Visiting Architects, SIs, and clients with the Sales Manager.

d) Attending review meetings.

e) Undergo advanced product training.

f) Evaluation.

Fourth quarter, -

a) Assign an independent territory.

Absorption

On completion of one year, they will be appointed on regular cadre of the company. Postings will be done as per availability of positions.
