Design and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Coordinate MEP activities with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues related to MEP works.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project requirements.
Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
Prepare project reports, documentation,
and progress updates.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within project schedules.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
