Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field recruitment drives and walk-in interviews at designated locations.
Identify and source candidates through local networks, job fairs, referrals, vendors, and community outreach.
Manage bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment for field-level roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
Maintain a robust candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion rate, etc.).
Partner with local institutions, NGOs, training centers, and employment offices for talent acquisition.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle pre-employment formalities including document verification and background checks.
Provide weekly recruitment updates to the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders.
