Job Responsibilities
Process Optimization
: Evaluate current workflows to identify and implement process improvements; collaborate with Engineering to drive automation and seamless system integrations.
Technical Documentation
: Lead the development of critical documentation, including BRDs, PRDs, and PDDs, for project lifecycle and privacy / security reviews.
AI Integration
: Execute and manage AI-powered tasks and projects to enhance team efficiency.
Contract Governance
: Act as a point of escalation for daily contracting operations, including policy inquiries, execution bottlenecks, and non-standard signature workflows.
Quality Assurance
: Conduct rigorous post-execution reviews to ensure contractual compliance and accuracy.
