They will amplify the signals in social media.

They will plan for video ads, shoot them, edit them, publish and amplify.

Learn to the extent they can do demos
Since the work is absolute fun, they should be able to put in the "hard fun".

We want the crazy ones but our experience also suggests that crazy people get self distracted and they cannot stay on course.
