We are seeking an experienced finance qualified in Finance &
Accounts function. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, banking, treasury, compliance, and ERP systems while ensuring statutory compliance and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end Finance &
Accounts operations.
Finalize financial statements, balance sheet, profit & loss account, and ensure timely closure of books.
Manage statutory, internal, tax, and bank audits.
Handle banking relationships, treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital management.
Monitor investments, idle funds, and provide recommendations for fund utilization.
Prepare and submit stock statements and other banking-related documents.
Lead budgeting, financial planning, MIS, ratio analysis, and management reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards,



statutory regulations, and internal controls.
Drive ERP/SAP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Lead and mentor the Finance &
Accounts team.

Desired Candidate Profile:
CA / CMA / MBA Finance/MCom with 9+ years of experience in Finance &
Accounts.
Robust experience in manufacturing industry.
Expertise in financial reporting, audits, treasury, banking operations, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and financial governance.
