Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works with primary focus on Plumbing and Electrical systems.
Plan, monitor, and coordinate MEP activities to ensure timely project completion.
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.
Monitor subcontractors, vendor performance, and material procurement.
Identify and resolve site coordination issues between Civil, Interior, and MEP disciplines.
Prepare project progress reports, material reconciliations, and billing support.
Ensure execution is completed within the approved budget and project schedule.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
815 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial interiors, corporate offices, or building projects.




Strong expertise in Plumbing and Electrical systems is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Building Services coordination.
Ability to interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating with consultants and clients.
Willing to travel to project sites as required.
