Role & responsibilities
Create a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget; for respective transition project.
Provide inputs for the business transition strategy and creates customized transition plans for the transition programs based on specific client needs.
Continually strive towards, innovating & improving transition methodology,implementation of best practices within the group.
Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.
Drive all contractual discussions with the internal and external stakeholders during transitions
Allocate/ mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects.

Preferred candidate profile Should have overall 10+ yrs of work exp with 4+ yrs in Full time Transitioning BPO Processes.
