Role Description The Pastry Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in South Goa.

The Pastry

Assistant will support daily production of specialty donuts, including preparing doughs, fillings, toppings, and glazes, following established recipes and standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with baking, decorating, organizing ingredients, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and ensuring proper hygiene practices. The role also involves working closely with the pastry team to help develop recent flavor combinations, restock supplies,



and support efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.

Qualifications - Strong foundational skills in Bakery and Baking, with an interest in specialty pastries.
Practical Cooking experience, including handling ingredients, mixing, and basic kitchen techniques.
Commitment to Hygiene standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of equipment.
Creativity Skills for donut design, flavor pairing, and attractive product presentation.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately while maintaining consistency and quality.
Reliability, punctuality, and readiness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Previous experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or food production setting is an advantage.
