Role & responsibilities To partner with the Group Vice Chancellor of Chandigarh University in designing and executing a vibrant multi-campus governance structure, assist in evolving a campus-specific mission, developing and enabling execution of a mission-aligned strategy for improving academic and research excellence, deploying values, thereby strengthening its culture, improving innovations, and impact.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should possess high learnability, solid values (positive attitude, solution-oriented, and empathy), and fire in the belly (high achievement motivation). Should be open to recent ideas and be a partner in creating the next practices in higher education that are globally benchmarked. Qualification from a premier institution will be preferred, though it will not be a limiting factor for talented professionals.
