Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct nursing education and training programs.
Prepare and manage monthly training schedules.
Assess the learning needs and clinical competency of nursing staff.
Guide and mentor recent and existing nurses in clinical practice.
Conduct orientation and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs.
Support the implementation of current clinical procedures and best practices.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Collaborate with the Nursing HOD to plan educational activities.
Promote continuous learning, patient safety, and quality improvement.
Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines and share knowledge with the nursing team.

Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc.



Nursing preferred).
Valid Nursing Council registration.
3–5 years of clinical experience, with experience in nursing education preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and teaching skills.
Valuable communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
