What you’ll do - Own the day-to-day E-commerce operations across platforms
Ensure seamless order flow - processing, tracking, returns & cancellation
Manage listings, inventory, and pricing accuracy
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal team
Manage order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer order
Resolve operational issues and keep platforms running smoothly
Monitor performance and highlight gaps proactively What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations
Hands-on with marketplaces and order management systems
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills
