Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, roadshows, product launches and customer engagement programs.
Drive brand management and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing analytics and ROI reports.
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors and event partners.
Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, videos and corporate literature.
Drive digital marketing initiatives through website, LinkedIn, email marketing and other B2B platforms.
Collaborate with Sales, Production and Management teams to support business growth and product launches.
