We are seeking a dedicated and organized Nursing Coordinator to oversee nursing operations across multiple clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, supporting recruitment and training, maintaining compliance with clinical protocols, and assisting in the smooth functioning of daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise nursing staff across all assigned clinics.
Conduct regular clinic visits to monitor nursing performance and operational standards.
Recruit, interview, and onboard nursing staff as per organizational requirements.
Prepare and manage nursing duty rosters and shift allocations.
Coordinate staff attendance, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with nursing protocols, infection control practices, and quality standards.
Provide orientation, training, and performance support to newly recruited nurses.
Monitor nursing documentation and ensure accurate clinical record maintenance.
Address staff concerns, resolve operational issues, and maintain effective communication between clinics and management.
Coordinate with doctors, clinic managers, HR, and operations teams for smooth workflow.




Assist in implementing organizational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare periodic reports on staffing, clinic performance, and nursing operations.
Support management with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and other operational activities as assigned.

Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with a valid Nursing Council registration.
Minimum 2–4 years of clinical or nursing supervisory experience.
Prior experience in clinic or hospital operations is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Willingness to travel frequently for clinic visits.
Ability to manage multiple clinics and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
