We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Content Moderator. In this role, you will moderate the content on our online platform.

Please note that this position requires working in rotational shifts. We encourage applications from candidates who are comfortable with this work schedule.

Responsibilities

Online Content Moderation
Monitor user-generated content like photos, profile information uploaded by users.
Ensure compliance with guidelines.
Report issues and trends.
Approve or disapprove user content based on policies.
Moderate user photos and messages to detect spam/abusive content.
Training provided for workflow understanding.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Online Content Moderation experience.
Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
Solid multitasking and time management abilities.
Experience in online community management is a plus.
Understanding of online etiquette and community guidelines.
