Overall Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience and robust expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials . The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience and exposure to the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Financials.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses .
Support EPC finance processes including Project Accounting, Project Billing,



Subcontractor Billing, Revenue Recognition, Retention Accounting, Cost Allocation, and Financial Controls .
Execute end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, CRPs, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support .
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation.
Support period-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, audit compliance, and financial reporting .
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reports, and extensions .
Mentor junior consultants and work closely with client stakeholders to deliver Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with solid Oracle Fusion Financials expertise.
Proven end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation experience.
Experience in the EPC industry is preferred.
BE, MBA, or CA (Inter/Final) .
Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing onsite role.
