Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end export merchandising, including product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.
Coordinate with international buyers and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and deliveries.
Track production, maintain T&A; calendars, and ensure shipment timelines are met.
Prepare product costing and support price negotiations.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, packaging, and testing requirements.
Work closely with production, QA, and vendors for smooth order execution.
Maintain merchandising reports using Excel and ERP systems.

Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in Export Merchandising within Home Furnishings, Home Decor, Furniture, Handicrafts, or Hard Goods.
Robust understanding of product development, sampling, costing, production planning, and order execution.
Knowledge of materials such as Wood, Metal, Ceramics, Glass, and other hard goods.
