We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Nursing Faculty to join our institution. The candidate will be responsible for teaching nursing subjects, guiding students in practical and clinical skills, preparing lesson plans, and ensuring high academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
Teach General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), B.Sc. Nursing, or related nursing subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and conduct classroom lectures.
Demonstrate nursing procedures in laboratory and clinical settings.
Supervise students during clinical postings and practical sessions.
Conduct internal assessments, assignments, and examinations.
Maintain student attendance and academic records.
Provide guidance, mentoring,
and counseling to students.
Participate in curriculum development, seminars, workshops, and institutional activities.
Ensure compliance with nursing education standards and institutional policies.
Qualifications
Dip/ANM/GNM/Bsc/Msc.
Skills Required
