Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Experience: 8+ years

Preferred Candidates Location: Anywhere from South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala etc)

Roles & Responsibilities
Must have 8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM with a minimum of 2 full cycles implementation.
At least 2 full implementations experience as a functional consultant in Oracle fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll Management, Absence Management) with Reporting and Data migration experience within the implementation & Support projects.
Implementation & support of EBS R12 along with fusion is preferred.
Good Functional knowledge in all Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules.




Knowledge of ERP table structures & Helping Oracle Technical team on development/customizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have worked in Onsite-Offshore working model.
SmartView, FRS, OTBI Report & Dashboards (easy) development knowledge preferable.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
