Qualification
MBA in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Aviation, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience with a reputed travel company or travel agency, preferably in handling corporate travel operations.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Travel
Partnerships
Develop and manage corporate tie-ups with hotels, airlines, road transport operators, and IRCTC to secure cost-effective travel solutions for the organization.

Booking &
Cost Optimization
Arrange and issue the most economical air, rail, and road travel tickets for employees while ensuring convenience and compliance with company travel policies.
Travel
Planning &
Cancellation Management
Monitor travel schedules and implement effective planning to minimize last-minute cancellations and associated costs.
Fuel Cost
Management
Introduce and administer corporate petrol and diesel fuel card programs to optimize fuel expenses for company vehicles.
Vehicle Service
Management
Negotiate competitive service contracts and maintenance agreements with authorized automobile service providers for company-owned vehicles.
Corporate
Events &
Business Meetings
Coordinate business meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings at reputed hotels, ensuring productive logistics and cost-effective arrangements.
Team Outings &
Employee Engagement
Plan and organize team outings, off-site meetings, and employee engagement events, including travel, accommodation, venue selection, and overall event coordination.
