As an Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub GL, AP, CM, FAH, AR - Manager - Operate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities
Leading the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financials systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable




Analyzing client needs to configure and optimize Oracle Finance solutions for enhanced operational efficiency
Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to align with client expectations
Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
Identifying opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation initiatives
Utilizing financial management software to support strategic financial planning and reporting
Collaborating with clients to address conflicts and engage in constructive discussions
Upholding skilled and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory authority requirements
Encouraging the adoption of creative technologies and methodologies within the team
