Role & responsibilities To undertake marketing & business development activities which will result in brand awareness amongst the relevant target group in the geography & also generate credible leads for our services in the centers & at home of the elderly covering transitional care, palliative care &
Dementia care.
To familiarize the select super specialists, senior surgeons/physicians & select hospital staff of our brand KITES Senior Care with continuous engagement resulting in their referrals;
To activate neighbourhood, corporate & other relevant channels such as senior citizen clubs, senior living communities etc. to create meaningful engagements with them;
To extend support Corporate marketing in their initiatives; and
To undertake other responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time.




To develop rapport and coordinate with Doctors, Hospital Administrators of private hospital &
Government, doctors of Primary Health centres, RWAs, Health Aggregators, corporate &
Clubs to promote organization services and Brand Visibility
Accountable for executing and participating in various healthcare fares, conference, CMEs, Round table meeting, Camps &
Patients education programs
Develop the model for doctors engagement to increase the referral business, updating the referral policy on timely basis to increase the conversion ratio
Negotiating with channel partner and convert potential leads with highest possible margin
