Key Responsibilities

Site Identification &
Feasibility
Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts.
Conduct site feasibility assessments considering commercial, operational and business requirements.
Recommend shortlisted sites to management with supporting feasibility inputs to enable timely decision-making.

Project Execution
Lead end-to-end execution from possession to operational handover.
Manage civil modifications, interior fit-outs, branding and infrastructure development.
Deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Infrastructure Readiness
Coordinate electrical infrastructure, power, DG/UPS, internet, networking, CCTV, access control, fire & safety, HVAC, furniture, signage, security, housekeeping, pantry and utilities to ensure operational readiness.

Vendor &
Contractor Management
Manage architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
Negotiate commercials, monitor SLAs and certify work completion.

Project Governance
Prepare project schedules, budgets and milestone trackers.
Monitor progress,



mitigate risks and present project status updates.
Ensure successful project closure and business handover.

Desired Profile

Education
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Interior Designer.

Experience
8–12 years of experience in Project Management, Infrastructure Development, Facilities or Corporate Administration.
Experience in setting up offices, warehouses, retail outlets or industrial facilities.
Experience managing multi-location projects across India.
