Key Responsibilities ● Own the overall health, performance, and culture of the India organization, ensuring clarity and accountability.

● Provide visible and accessible leadership, building trust across teams and levels.

● Drive alignment between engineering, product, and business functions to achieve strategic outcomes.

● Partner with the VP of Engineering to align platform and product priorities with business goals.

● Oversee India-based functions including Sales Operations, Revenue Operations,

Marketing Operations, and Customer Success/Support.

● Ensure robust alignment with global go-to-market strategy and drive improvements in execution quality and revenue efficiency.

● Act as the primary India counterpart to US-based leaders, fostering global collaboration and integration.

● Establish explicit operating cadence, metrics, and performance tracking to drive predictability and cross-functional alignment.

● Hold fiduciary responsibility for the India entity, ensuring compliance and financial discipline.

● Represent the organization externally in the India ecosystem, building relationships with talent,

partners,



and industry stakeholders.
