Manpower Supervisor in a staffing/manpower outsourcing company.

Manpower Supervisor will be responsible for managing multiple client locations and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of deployed manpower. The role includes employee attendance management, onboarding coordination, client coordination, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise employees deployed across multiple client sites.
Monitor and maintain daily attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, employees, and the HR team.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in site supervision, facility management, or manpower outsourcing.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to travel across multiple client locations.
Solid problem-solving and team management skills.

Pay: ₹18,246.00 - ₹20,007.68 per month
