Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary therapy center committed to enhancing the developmental, behavioral, and functional outcomes of children and adults through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children/adults with developmental, sensory, or physical challenges
Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings and client goals
Deliver structured therapy sessions focusing on:
Sensory Integration
Fine & Gross Motor Skills
ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training
Cognitive and perceptual development
Monitor client progress and maintain detailed documentation and reports
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech therapists, and special educators
Provide parent/caregiver counseling and home program guidance
Ensure therapy goals are achieved within defined timelines
Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality
Mandatory Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
Valid certification/license from a recognized authority (Mandatory)
Preference for therapists registered with All India Occupational Therapists Association or equivalent
Certification in Sensory Integration Therapy or related specialization is highly preferred
Knowledge of pediatric therapy approaches will be an added advantage
Required Skills
Solid clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setup
Patient-centric and empathetic approach
Valuable documentation and reporting skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in pediatric or clinical settings preferred
