Job Summary: This role focuses on appointment management, patient communication, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between patients and doctors to ensure clear and timely communication.
Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations across all channels including phone, and digital platform).
Guide patients through their treatment journey, including pre-visit instructions and follow-ups.
Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.
Maintain accurate patient records and appointment data.
Uphold Clove Dental’s service quality, patient confidentiality, and compliance standards.
