Role Description The Meta Ads Expert role is an in office or hybrid position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns that amplify The Reel God’s content and drive measurable results for clients. Day-to-day tasks include audience research, campaign setup, creative and copy collaboration with the content team, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and optimization for key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

Expert will analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. The role also involves staying current with Meta platform updates, trends,



and best practices to ensure ads remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.

Experience in social media advertising strategy, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on short-form and event-based content.

Ability to interpret analytics and reporting tools, translate data into actionable insights, and communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

Cooperative skills to work closely with videographers, editors, and content creators, aligning ad creatives and messaging with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including A/B testing, funnel strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Previous experience in performance marketing or paid social media roles;

experience with event or creator-focused brands is an advantage.

Relevant education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
