– MHE Associate (Contractual)

Location: RBL K-Square, Padgha

Employment Type: Contractual (Through Vendor)

Position: MHE Associate (Picking & Loading)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform order picking as per pick list and system requirements.
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Move goods within the warehouse using Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet trolleys and hand pallet trucks (as applicable).
Ensure accurate handling and scanning of products.
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area (5S).
Report damaged products, shortages, or operational issues to the supervisor.
Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Support inventory activities and stock movement when required.

Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.




Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Physically fit to perform warehouse activities.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and overtime if required.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
Ability to lift and handle materials safely.
Teamwork and discipline.
Positive communication and positive attitude.
