Who we're looking for:
Specialists with 1–3 years of experience in microbiology or quality control laboratories within food & beverage, brewing, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities • Safeguard the microbiological quality of our beer throughout the brewing process.
Manage brewery yeast cultures, ensuring healthy propagation, storage and consistent fermentation performance.
Perform microbiological, chemical and technical analyses on in-process samples and finished beer.
