Role & responsibilities :
Oversee the end-to-end coordination and execution of freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with customer requirements.
Collaborate with shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless shipment planning and execution.
Manage vessel bookings, booking confirmations, container releases, rollovers, schedule amendments, and sailing updates to ensure smooth operational flow.
Maintain accurate shipment records, operational documentation, and customer information within ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
Foster and maintain robust skilled relationships with customers, shipping lines, overseas partners, and service providers by delivering proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
