We are seeking an experienced Manager – Electrical Maintenance (Paint Shop) to lead the electrical maintenance function for our Paint Shop, ensuring maximum equipment availability, operational reliability, and adherence to safety standards. The role is responsible for planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Paint Shop equipment, electrical systems, automation, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance of Paint Booths, ED Lines, Conveyors, Ovens, and automated paint shop equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, Servo Drives, MCC/PCC Panels, HT/LT systems, and industrial electrical controls.
Ensure reliable operation of DG Sets, Transformers, Power Distribution Systems, EOT Cranes, Chillers,



HVAC, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and other plant utilities.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve MTBF, reduce MTTR, and optimize maintenance costs.
Plan shutdown maintenance, manage spare parts, vendor coordination, AMCs, and commissioning of current equipment.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO, statutory regulations, and ISO systems while leading and developing the maintenance team.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 8–10 years of experience in automotive, EV, or commercial vehicle manufacturing. Robust expertise in Paint Shop electrical maintenance, PLC-based automation, utilities, DG systems, EOT cranes, and industrial maintenance is essential. has context menu
