Upskill the team and improve processes as needed.
Foster a team-oriented and high-performance team culture.

Collaboration & Project Execution
Collaborate with team members to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Ensure timely delivery of projects in an agile development workplace.
Drive adoption of best practices and current technologies to improve development efficiency.
