Role Overview We are seeking a Manager – HR Strategy & OD. The Manager of HR Strategy, Transformation, and Leadership Reporting works directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He/She will drive large-scale organizational development (OD) interventions, monitor functional KPIs, and author high-stakes strategic updates for the Board, CEO, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). Key Deliverables 1.

Strategic Initiatives & Governance:
Orchestrate high-impact HR projects aligned with long-term corporate goals.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics across all critical HR functions.
Collaborate with HR vertical heads to ensure seamless execution of priorities. 2.





Transformation & Change Management:
Design and execute large-scale Learning & Development (L&D;) change interventions.
Drive organizational development strategies to enhance institutional agility.
Manage stakeholder alignment during complex, company-wide transformations. 3.

Executive Communications & Leadership Reporting:
Author comprehensive strategic updates and decks for the CEO and Board.
Prepare data-driven briefs, governance notes, and proposals for the NRC.
Synthesize complex talent analytics into transparent, actionable executive narratives.

Required Qualification & Skills:
Experience: 5+ years in HR Strategy, OD, or Corporate Transformation
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a premier institute
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
