Monitor day-to-day operations across cities and identify operational or process breaches. Track and drive key operational metrics, including: Putaway (PP) Unloading Inventory Hygiene Return to Origin (RTO) Recirculation Operational Breaches Own real-time operational escalations and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution. Perform first-level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement prospects. Coordinate with City Teams, Warehouse Managers, and Central Functions to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and communicate daily operational updates, trackers, and reports.
Engage with stores and stakeholders through calls to drive closures, follow-ups, and operational compliance (calling-intensive role)
