We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations (Reservation) to join our team. In this role, you'll drive current property acquisitions, manage reservation processes, and ensure smooth coordination between operations, reporting, and guest-facing teams. What You'll Do
Identify and onboard new properties in both new and existing locations to support business expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and vendors
Ensure booking details are accurately shared with the CRM team ahead of guest arrivals
Maintain and update transportation logs and databases on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Prepare and submit monthly transportation reports (MIS) to management on time
Plan and implement strategies to reduce reservation and transportation costs
Monitor and manage costs arising from unforeseen circumstances
Coordinate with the Customer Relations team to quickly resolve guest-facing issues
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
2–5 years of experience in operations, reservations, hospitality, or transportation/logistics
Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel/reporting tools
Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable working with data and generating reports
