Flyworld Migration is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic OSCE Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping aspiring nurses achieve their dream of migrating to Australia and obtaining their Australian nursing registration.

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions for the OSCE , a pathway for internationally educated nurses to register in Australia.
Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and practice questions.
Provide individual guidance and support to trainees, addressing their specific needs and questions.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed on the exams.
Stay up-to-date on the latest OSCE requirements and best practices for nurse training.




Collaborate with the Flyworld Migration team to ensure a smooth and successful training experience for all clients.

Qualifications:
Degree in Nurse (GNM/B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing)
Robust teaching experience and a passion for helping others learn.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
Ability to provide individual support and guidance to trainees.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
