Role & responsibilities
Manage and oversee all accounting operations including billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, audit regulations, and internal financial policies.
To Financial analysis, cost control measures, and profitability assessments.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team to enhance their skills and performance.

Preferred candidate profile
CA Qualifications Mandatory.




Proven experience of at least 7 years in finance and accounts management.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws applicable to the industry.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems such as Oracle.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
