Required Skills/Experience
Change Management / Digital Adoption / Learning Enablement Specialist with
3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, training, or change management.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
Ability to design and deliver workshops and training sessions for non-technical audiences.
Experience driving enterprise-wide adoption of digital tools.
Solid stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders and cross-regional teams.
Knowledge of enterprise AI and Responsible AI principles.
Advanced English and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
