Supply & Fleet Executive – (Key Responsibilities)
Source, onboard, and maintain a reliable network of Driver-Cum-Owners (DCOs) and fleet partners to ensure adequate vehicle availability across all operating locations.
Allocate DCOs and vehicles efficiently based on trip requirements, client priorities, and operational demand while optimizing fleet utilization.
Monitor daily fleet operations, including vehicle availability, driver attendance, trip execution, compliance, and timely issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted service.
Build and maintain robust relationships with DCOs and fleet partners, ensuring adherence to company standards, documentation, service quality, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with operations and key account teams to address supply gaps,



manage peak demand, and maintain 24×7 operational readiness through adaptable working hours when required.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
