Hiring: Market Development Representative – European Markets (Pune)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Shift: European Business Hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST) – No Night Shifts

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Job Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK and European markets.
Research target industries, plants, and prospective clients.
Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and international calls.
Present the company's engineering and digital engineering solutions to potential customers.
Build relationships with engineers, plant managers, and key decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and qualify sales prospects.
Coordinate with technical sales teams for proposals and follow-ups.
Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills :
2–6 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).




Solid lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement skills.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
