Role & responsibilities
Diagnose hardware faults in electronic products.
Perform component-level repair of PCBs and motherboards.
Repair Interactive Flat Panels, OPS PCs, Mini PCs, Android motherboards and power boards.
Troubleshoot no-power, no-display, touch, HDMI, USB, LAN, boot, audio and charging issues.
Identify faulty ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, connectors, RAM slots, SSD slots and PCB tracks.
Replace defective electronic components using soldering and hot-air rework stations.
Perform functional testing and quality checks after repair.
Update repair status and service reports accurately in ERPNext.
Maintain repair quality and agreed turnaround time (TAT).
Coordinate with IQC, Final Testing and Production teams.
