Responsibilities
Marketing Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across regions, channels, and platforms (paid, organic, and offline).
Monitor key metrics such as leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
Reporting Dash boarding: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on marketing performance for internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into ongoing campaigns and regional performance trends.
Market Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support marketing strategy.
Support regional and city-level planning by identifying high-potential markets and opportunity areas.
Budget ROI Tracking: Monitor marketing budget utilization across campaigns and regions.
Provide data-backed recommendations to improve marketing ROI and spend efficiency.
Data Management Quality: Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized marketing data across tools and platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency of data used for reporting and analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing, sales, strategy and tele calling teams to align on lead quality and campaign feedback.
Support leadership with insights and analysis for planning and strategic decision-making.

Requirements
Any Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or Engineering. MBA an additional advantage.
2 to 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related analytical role.
Robust proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or BI/reporting platforms is an added advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work with large datasets and translate numbers into transparent, actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
