Raries is a custom book printing business serving customers across the world. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-focused person to manage day-to-day operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
Own and manage product listings across different platforms
Handle customer communication (India & international)
Own the complete order fulfillment process from order placement to delivery
Coordinate with printing vendors and shipping partners to ensure timely execution




Keep all work organized and maintain accurate order tracking
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth
Use AI tools smartly to improve productivity and efficiency
Take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely completion

Requirements
Graduate in any stream
2+ years of work experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable communicating with customers outside India
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills
Able to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day work

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
